This wall carries the specific suggestions students, parents, teachers and partners have sent us, published one by one — including the ones we have not dealt with yet. Blue means done, with the outcome written out; red means open, still under review or scheduled. Nothing is edited away; names are withheld only where personal details are involved.
Type it on the right; no account is needed. Your note appears on the wall straight away, marked “to be submitted” — that draft stays in your own browser only. Once you send it, we check the content and pin it to the public wall as a proper note within three working days, and write back with its status.
Why it works this way: no accounts and no instant publishing keeps anonymous abuse and flooding off the wall. Every public note is read by a person — which is also why every one of them carries a stated outcome.
